How do I make an online return?
Our return policy applies to all orders purchased online and delivered worldwide, within 30 days of receiving your order. Using our Contact Form stating that you want to return the order, and please specifying the order number to facilitate the return process.

How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number in the designated courier’s online tracking system to monitor your shipment. This applies to guest checkout orders as well.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
We are unable to amend the billing/shipping address or shipping method.
You cannot modify the size/color of items, add/remove items, or change the payment method.
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled.
